Every Gaens grill is handcrafted for your exact teeth using premium materials. Each piece is made after your impression has been carefully checked and approved to ensure the perfect fit.

1. Place your order

Choose your preferred material and complete your down payment. This secures your order and includes your professional mould kit. If you're not sure about the final design yet, don't worry you'll customize everything later.

2. Receive your mould kit & order form

We'll send you a professional mould kit together with an order form. Here you can specify exactly what you want, including:

• Number of teeth

• Moissanite or diamond options
  
• Any custom requests

3. Take your impressions

Follow the included instructions to take your impressions at home and send everything back using the provided return packaging.

4. Digital design & approval

Once we receive your impressions, we inspect them and create a precise 3D model of your grill. This allows us to achieve an accurate fit before production begins. If there are any issues with your impressions, we'll contact you first.

5. Production

After your 3D design has been finalized and the remaining balance has been paid, production begins. Your grill is then cast, finished, polished and quality-checked by hand.

6. Delivery

Your custom Gaens grill is securely packaged and shipped with tracking.

Care

• Clean with lukewarm water and a soft toothbrush.
  
• Remove before eating or sleeping.
  
• Store your grill in a dry place when not in use.
  
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
  

Production starts once your impressions have been approved.

• Classic grillz: 2–3 weeks
  
• Custom designs: 3–4 weeks
  
• Stone-set grillz: 3–5 weeks

Because of the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once design or production has started.

If your impressions are not suitable for production, we'll contact you before production begins and help you through the next step.
