By accessing our website or buying our products, you agree to the terms stated below. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SECTION 1 - GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Gaens. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS
All our products are handcrafted and unique. Custom-made items, such as grillz, may vary in design, shape, and color due to their bespoke nature.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Orders for custom-made products, including grillz, become final once a deposit or full payment has been received.

Custom-made products are manufactured specifically according to the customer's instructions and are therefore exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.

A non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. This deposit covers design, labor, production preparation, and material costs and will not be refunded once production has started.

Once production has commenced, the customer is legally obligated to pay the full purchase price. Cancellation, refusal to accept delivery, failure to respond, failure to provide required information, or any other decision by the customer to discontinue the order does not release the customer from the obligation to pay the remaining balance in full.

GAENS reserves the right to suspend shipment until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. The completed product may be retained by GAENS until all payment obligations have been fulfilled.

If payment is not received within the agreed payment term, GAENS reserves the right to charge statutory interest, collection costs, and any other costs permitted by applicable law. Any costs incurred in recovering the outstanding balance shall be borne by the customer to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 4 - USAGE AND MAINTENANCE OF GRILLZ

Grillz are intended for decorative use only. Proper care and maintenance are required. Instructions for safe use will be provided; failure to follow these instructions is at the customer’s own risk.

SECTION 5 - LIABILITY
Gaens is not liable for any bodily harm, injury, or complications resulting from the use of our products, including grillz. Customers assume full responsibility for their use.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs and products are protected by copyright. Copying, reproduction, or distribution without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS POLICY
Returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Custom-made items are not eligible for return unless a defect is present.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.

SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit any comments, suggestions, or other materials, you grant us the right to use, edit, and distribute them. You remain solely responsible for the content of your submissions.

SECTION 10 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy. 

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, there may be errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or other content. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.

SECTION 12 - MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
