Welcome to Gaens! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines that apply to all purchases and interactions with our brand. By accessing our website or buying our products, you agree to the terms stated below. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SECTION 1 - GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Gaens. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS
All our products are handcrafted and unique. Custom-made items, such as grillz, may vary in design, shape, and color due to their bespoke nature.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Orders for custom-made products, including grillz, are considered final once payment or a deposit has been made.  

Due to the bespoke nature of these products, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the process has started.  

A deposit is required for custom orders and serves to cover production, design, and material costs. This deposit is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation.  

If a customer chooses to cancel the order after the process has started, only the remaining balance may be cancelled. The deposit will be retained.

SECTION 4 - USAGE AND MAINTENANCE OF GRILLZ
Grillz are intended for decorative use only. Proper care and maintenance are required. Instructions for safe use will be provided; failure to follow these instructions is at the customer’s own risk.

SECTION 5 - LIABILITY
Gaens is not liable for any bodily harm, injury, or complications resulting from the use of our products, including grillz. Customers assume full responsibility for their use.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs and products are protected by copyright. Copying, reproduction, or distribution without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS POLICY
Returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Custom-made items are not eligible for return unless a defect is present.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.

SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit any comments, suggestions, or other materials, you grant us the right to use, edit, and distribute them. You remain solely responsible for the content of your submissions.

SECTION 10 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy. 

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, there may be errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or other content. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.

SECTION 12 - MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
